This piece is housed in a vintage Machine Shop drawer. Inside is an altered Visible Woman model (kit circa 1967). The model is altered with lights (powered by a battery pack hidden on the side of the piece), dyed and treated reindeer moss, butterflu jewelry findings, and a sacred heart milagro from Mexico.

The sculpture also includes two vintage butterfly taxidermy displays from (according to the labels on the backs) 1928, and a vintage plaster wall hanging.

Everything inside this piece is held in place a layer of durable clear plastic resin.

Flanking the piece on either side are vintage embellishments from curtain rods that have been treated with a metal reactive paint and rusted. They are bolted to the piece with pine dowels.

The battery pack is housed in an altered tin on the left outer side of the sculpture for easy access to turn on/off and change batteries.

This piece is wired for professional hanging.
